Day 176 Update Carnivore Keto Day 43 AYCE Korean BBQ Lunch: beef patty turkey deli meat and sausage Dinner: beef slices and pork belly Notable mentions: 1) Most of the meat at kbbq was leaner than usual. Or maybe I was just ravenous today but in 3 hours I felt hungry and needed to eat more. I ended up way over snacking. And on nuts. Im probably over 20g of carbs today. 2) too much stress and lack of sleep. Those 2 are the enemies with my ED and choosing carnivore keto. 1) Carnivore keto-day: meals yes but snacks no 2) ED behavior: ate way too many nuts at night.
