NY Strip Kabobs! Corn on the cob with Melted cheese! Garlic infused rice!!! This is a more moderate protein intake than yesterday. Cutting up the steak is the way to go for efficient protein intake. This meal is carb heavy for a guy like me. They help me maintain good energy levels for days like the infamous LEG DAY!
