I ONCE DEADLIFTED FOR 125 DAYS…STRAIGHT I think everyone at some point in their life should go all in on something. An 8 week aggressive diet. 50 Pull Ups a day for 30 days. No alcohol for a month. For me I deadlifted. Instead of stopping at 30 days I extended it out another 95. Yep 125 days of deadlifts. I really wanted to push my limits and the initial results were insane. I was able to add: 80 lbs to my deadlift 50 lbs to my shoulder press 25 lbs to my incline bench It taught me a lot about my body my resilience and it helped break down self imposed limits holding me back.
