Keto? Low carb ? High carb ? Paleo? Intermittent fasting ? Which is the best diet? . . The best diet is the one that works best for YOU! The one that you can stick to consistently and doesnt feel like a diet is going to give you long term results! If you dont like eating in the morning and prefer less meals maybe intermittent fasting is for you. If youre gonna rip someones head off if you dont eat first thing in the morning maybe not if eating a gallon of mayo a day is your jam maybe Keto is for you jkjk every single diet out there works and not because its magical its because you are eating in a caloric deficit- where those calories come from whether it be high fat or high carbs arent as important as the actual amount you are eating! . . When I meet with clients one of the first things we go over are diets they have tried in the past and why they failed. Yes you can do Keto and lose a lot of weight (and I know plenty of people who have been doing it for a while and love it and thats great) but if its not realistic for YOUR lifestyle to keep up with it long term its not going to give you long lasting results. Same goes for any diet thats super restrictive and unrealistic. Personally I follow a flexible diet with macros. Ive been doing it for almost 2 years and I really enjoy it. It works great for ME because I get to eat the foods I like and can still make room for something yummy find a diet that doesnt feel like a diet be patient and stick to it consistently!
