Keto Day 187 Update Carnivore Day 3 Having a bit of keto insomnia. Couldnt sleep all night. I think I had way too many caffeinated drinks. Bought fage 5% for kids!!! Yay for 5% milk fat! Fat is slowly winning!!! Also bought ribeye (bottom left) and chuck steak (bottom right). Cannot even compare the 2. I ate the ribeye practicing self care. I usually would eat the chuck. Meals – Lunch: bone broth soup with oxtail – Dinner: ribeye – Snack: almonds and halo top (celebrated a birthday today not mine) – Fasting: none – Physical: less tired today – Emotional: stress ate more of the halo top than wanted. Ended up being a keto day and not carnivore. Hey as long as Im on the right track and not using ED behaviors Im ok for now. – Thoughts: NSV! I started carnivore to hopefully kick my diet drink habit. I was drink a few liters or 10 cans of soda a day. Definitely nursing the soda and not drinking enough water. Well… I still have not had any diet soda and its been over 50 days! Even during my spiraling downward and I wanted one so bad it was the one thing I still fought for… and for that today I say Yassssss! – ED behavior: my minds racing after eating the halo top pint. Well you know youre already over keto carb g. etc… . Must. Choose. Recovery!
