Feel like this needed to be addressed again!! people still dont get the idea of a base diet. I had 2 girls that were friends start working with me at the same time. Both weigh 140 lbs same height and similar body types… I told them I was basically going to start them on the same exact plan because how different could their basal metabolic rate really be? Fast forward 6 weeks later after each update they are both doing completely different diets. 1 girl responded perfect to the diet and she barely needed any changes along the way just minor cuts to her carbs and cardio went from 20 mins to 30… The second girl responded terribly I ended up making drastic changes to her plan. Had to go zero carb and put her on a keto diet along with 50 mins of cardio a day to see good progress. My point is that the starting base diet is NOT the secret. The changes made based on experience after each update is what truly matters… Hope that makes sense and clears up any bs.
